Electric fixed torque wrench series consists of a main unit and a controller, in which the main unit is provided with a double insulation single-phase series excitation type electromotor and a reducing mechanism, and features new structure, small size, light weight, safety and reliability. Due to the static torsional structure, it is stable to operate without vibration and impact and with low noise, and operators will not be affected by the countertorque, so the labor intensity is low. It is widely applicable to erection of bolt welded structure bridges, installation of workshops, towers as well as chemical, metallurgical and generation equipment, assembly of large machinery, hoisting equipment and vehicles, and occasions with strict requirement on torque and axial tension of threaded fasteners.
